Job description
About the Role
Leads premium experience and sales for a named suite estate, developing annual sales strategy and managing high-value suite holder relationships. It works closely with AEG and cross-functional teams including data, marketing, technology, culinary and operations to align commercial priorities and deliver event experiences. The position also oversees CRM, reporting, product development and people performance within the Levy team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the annual sales strategy for the named suite estate, setting out how revenue targets will be achieved across pre-order, day-of-event and new product channels.
- Maintain a clear view of the commercial opportunity across all suite types, using suite holder data, attendance trends and event calendar analysis to inform strategic planning and direct outreach and resource where commercial impact is greatest.
- Develop and evolve a tiered approach to suite holder engagement, tailoring sales conversations to segment, account and event, and stay close to premium hospitality and live events trends to keep the suite offer competitive.
- Own and manage full named suite holder relationships across the estate
- Building personal relationships with suite admins and key decision-makers with at least three documented touchpoints per account per year and contacting primary decision-makers at all Headliner and Special Guest accounts within 90 days.
- Lead structured suite holder engagement sessions targeting 80%+ attendance from tier one and two accounts, act as primary escalation point for suite holder issues, complaints and commercial concerns, and build collaborative working relationships across Levy and AEG.
- Develop and maintain the event-by-event sales target framework by suite segment, ensuring no event goes live without a target, and work with the data team to own and update the suite holder segmentation model after every event.
- Build and manage the annual outreach calendar timed against the AEG event programme and key Legends nights, and work with AEG to align commercial priorities, resolve dependencies and influence joint decisions affecting the suite operation.
- Lead commercial development of new products and packages with Product & Marketing, identify bespoke hosting opportunities for key clients and high-value events, drive uptake across the estate, and review loyalty rewards and suite credit scheme mechanics to support retention and revenue growth.
- Oversee planning and execution of key events, liaising with clients to gather requirements and manage expectations, provide strategic input on event design, themes and execution, and implement and own the CRM system for suite holder data, order history and communications.
- Maintain the sales tracker for pre-order activation, DOE spend and attendance per suite per event, and produce monthly commercial performance reports and quarterly board summaries against the three project KPIs.
- Represent the Sales function in the four-pillar working group, collaborate with Data & Intelligence, Marketing and Technology Integration teams, and feed suite holder insight into Marketing and Culinary teams to inform menu development, product design and communications.
- Build a proactive, target-driven sales culture, set performance objectives for the O2 Levy Partner with formal quarterly reviews, and coach, develop and support the suite sales admin team.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Proven track record in premium hospitality, venue sales or corporate account management, with demonstrable experience managing a portfolio of high-value B2B relationships.
- Experience developing and owning commercial targets at account or event level, with the ability to translate annual revenue goals into granular operational plans and hold a team accountable against them.
- Hands-on experience implementing and owning a CRM system, designing account structures, outreach workflows and reporting views that serve a sales function in practice.
- Confident producing and presenting commercial performance reports to senior stakeholders, with experience using spend data, attendance trends and segmentation to drive decisions.
- A natural relationship-builder who leads with low ego and high standards, bringing a collaborative, composed management style that earns trust across teams and gets the best out of the people around them.
