Client Success Partner

The Audiovisual Betting Unit is seeking a client success professional to maintain and further develop client relationships. The role sits within the Client Success team and works closely with the Director Client Success, administration, technical project/platform, content management and sales teams. The successful candidate will act as a first point of contact for clients, lead post-sales engagement, and align internal stakeholders to achieve client and company goals.

• Own the client relationship and act as first point of contact for client-related matters and their long-term success.
• Proactively lead every aspect of the post-sales relationship, including onboarding, training, demos, business reviews, regular check-ins, ongoing support and renewal.
• Coordinate and align internally between Sales, Administration and Product.
• Maintain a deep understanding of client-relevant KPIs and how to achieve them, sharing recommendations and insights using internal and external tools and sources.
• Leverage AI tools to analyse client data, automate reporting and improve the efficiency and quality of client deliverables.
• Identify additional streams of revenue by cross-selling and/or upselling clients.
• Support sales teams in articulating the company's unique proposition to potential customers.
• Prepare client-facing materials such as reports, sales decks or educational presentations.
• Travel for internal and client meetings in accordance with travel policies.

• 3+ years of experience working in a client relationship/success or account management role.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships within companies, driving joint success for clients.
• Strong commercial drive as well as analytical and operational expertise to build and grow long-term relationships with clients.
• Ability to influence and persuade senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and applications (e.g. generative AI, LLMs or AI-driven analytics and automation) and a clear understanding of how to apply them to improve business processes.
• Technology savvy and high interest in the digital world and sports.
• Highly independent and self-driven personality.
• Excellent English proficiency in written and verbal communication.
• Ability to communicate effectively with different internal stakeholders and engage in external exchanges and build relationships to achieve company goals.

• Knowledge and understanding of the online sports betting/igaming industry and common marketing strategies.
• Additional language skills.
