Client Success Partner

Sportradar's Audiovisual Betting Unit is seeking a Client Success Partner, Streaming to help the team successfully maintain and further develop relationships with its clients. The role is integrated into the Client Success team and involves close collaboration with the Director Client Success, administration, technical project/platform, content management and sales teams. The successful candidate must be able to communicate effectively with different internal stakeholders, engage in external exchanges and build relationships to achieve the company's goals.

• Own the client relationship and act as the first point of contact for client-related matters and their long-term success.
• Proactively lead every aspect of the post-sales relationship, including onboarding, training, demos, business reviews, regular check-ins, ongoing support and renewal.
• Coordinate and align internally between Sales, Administration and Product.
• Maintain a deep understanding of client-relevant KPIs and how to achieve them, sharing recommendations and insights using internal and external tools and sources.
• Leverage AI tools to analyse client data, automate reporting and improve the efficiency and quality of client deliverables.
• Identify additional streams of revenue by cross-selling and/or upselling to clients.
• Support the sales teams in articulating the company's unique proposition to potential customers.
• Prepare client-facing materials such as reports, sales decks and educational presentations.
• Travel for internal and client meetings in accordance with travel policies.

• 3+ years of experience working in a client relationship/success or account management role.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships within companies, driving joint success for clients.
• Strong commercial drive as well as analytical and operational expertise to build and grow long-term relationships with clients.
• Ability to influence and persuade senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and applications (e.g. generative AI, LLMs or AI-driven analytics and automation) and a clear understanding of how to apply them to improve business processes.
• Technology savvy with a high interest in the digital world and sports.
• Highly independent and self-driven personality.
• Excellent English proficiency, both written and verbal.

• Knowledge and understanding of the online sports betting/iGaming industry and common marketing strategies.
• Additional language skills.
