Job description
About the Role
Serves as brand ambassador and primary creator of a premium, individualised fan experience in-store. It masters the Cloud CX Premium service model with a detail-oriented approach to make every guest feel genuinely welcomed. Reporting to the Store Leader on the Retail team, the role supports the retail function by demonstrating a high level of excellence through service with authenticity, ensuring premium service standards drive brand loyalty and honour the mission to ignite the human spirit through movement.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a premium, individualised fan experience by mastering the Cloud CX philosophy and executing the 5 Steps of Service to drive long-term brand loyalty
- Support guest interactions through elevated try-on rituals and personalised product education to resolve hesitations and ensure a seamless shopping journey
- Execute daily operational tasks with meticulous attention to detail, maintaining premium visual standards and accurate inventory management to reflect On's global positioning
- Support On's unique market position through community engagement and collaborative teamwork, ensuring clear communication to start and finish every shift together
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments where delivering a quality experience is a priority
- A growth mindset and a passion for learning, with a proven ability to remain resilient and coachable when learning new products or processes
- Highly reliable and accountable, with a record of consistent performance and strict adherence to retail standard operating procedures
- Strong communication skills and a team-first spirit, ensuring collective goals are met through active engagement and asking clarifying questions
- A meticulous eye for detail, recognising that premium retail success is found in the quality of execution and personal presentation
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends and some holidays
Workplace
- In-store retail environment
Salary
- $18.75/Hr - $20.67/hr plus a quarterly bonus based on store performance
- Certain roles may be eligible for equity compensation in addition to cash compensation
- Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate including experience, industry knowledge, qualifications, skill set, and location
