As a Seasonal Store Advisor, the role holder acts as a brand ambassador and the primary creator of a premium, individualised fan experience in-store. The position centres on mastering the Cloud CX Premium service model and applying a detail-oriented approach so that every guest feels genuinely welcomed. Reporting to the Store Leader within the Retail team, the advisor supports the retail function by delivering service with authenticity and upholding premium service standards that drive brand loyalty and honour the mission to ignite the human spirit through movement.

• Deliver a premium, individualised fan experience by mastering the Cloud CX philosophy and executing the 5 Steps of Service to drive long-term brand loyalty.
• Support guest interactions through elevated try-on rituals and personalised product education to resolve hesitations and ensure a seamless shopping journey.
• Execute daily operational tasks with meticulous attention to detail, maintaining premium visual standards and accurate inventory management that reflect the brand's global positioning.
• Support the brand's unique market position through community engagement and collaborative teamwork, ensuring clear communication to start and finish every shift together.

• 1+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments where delivering a quality experience is a priority.
• A growth mindset and a passion for learning, with a proven ability to remain resilient and coachable when learning new products or processes.
• Highly reliable and accountable, with a record of consistent performance and strict adherence to retail standard operating procedures.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first spirit, ensuring collective goals are met through active engagement and asking clarifying questions.
• A meticulous eye for detail, recognising that premium retail success is found in the quality of execution and personal presentation.
• Ability to work night shifts, weekends and some holidays.

• Typical cash compensation range of $21.64/hr – $23.56/hr, plus a quarterly bonus based on store performance.
• Individual compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including experience, industry knowledge, qualifications, skill set, and location.
