Seasonal Store Advisor, Fashion Island Mall

As the Store Advisor, the role is the brand ambassador and primary creator of a premium, personalised fan experience in-store. The role requires mastering the fundamentals of the Cloud CX Premium service model, with a detail-oriented approach to making every guest feel genuinely welcomed. Reporting to the Store Leader on the Retail team, the Store Advisor supports the retail function by demonstrating excellence through authentic service.

• Deliver a premium, personalised fan experience by mastering the Cloud CX philosophy and executing the 5 Steps of Service to drive long-term brand loyalty.
• Support guest interactions through elevated try-on rituals and personalised product education to resolve hesitations and ensure a seamless shopping journey.
• Execute daily operational tasks with meticulous attention to detail, maintaining premium visual standards and accurate inventory management to reflect On's global positioning.
• Support On's unique market position through community engagement and collaborative teamwork, ensuring clear communication to start and finish every shift together.

• 1+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments where delivering a quality experience is a priority.
• A growth mindset and a passion for learning, with a proven ability to remain resilient and coachable when learning new products or processes.
• Highly reliable and accountable, with a record of consistent performance and strict adherence to retail standard operating procedures.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first spirit, ensuring collective goals are met through active engagement and asking clarifying questions.
• A meticulous eye for detail, recognising that premium retail success is found in the quality of execution and personal presentation.
• Ability to work night shifts, weekends and some holidays.

• Typical cash compensation range for this position is $21.64/hr - $23.56/hr plus a quarterly bonus based on store performance.
• Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including experience, industry knowledge, qualifications, skill set, and location.
