Seasonal Fitting & Sales Specialist - Cobra Golf (Contractor) Central/Southwest FL

This role delivers custom fitting sessions for golfers of all skill levels and ensures an industry-leading experience before, during, and after each fitting. The position provides custom specifications to consumers and accounts while developing relationships with CPG accounts across the territory. It works closely with the Teamhead Custom Fitting and Territory Sales Manager to schedule fitting events and support fitting cart locations.

• Perform custom fitting sessions for golfers of all skill levels.
• Ensure customers receive an industry-leading experience before, during, and after the fitting session.
• Provide custom specifications to consumers and accounts.
• Work with the Teamhead Custom Fitting & Territory Sales Manager to schedule custom fitting events.
• Develop relationships with CPG accounts within the territory.
• Provide custom fit training and assistance to CPG accounts, sales representatives, and demo technicians.
• Support CPG fitting cart locations, including training, management of tools, and assisting the Teamhead Custom Fitting & Territory Sales Manager in identifying suitable fit cart accounts.
• Visit national and off-course accounts for CPG product and fitting training.
• Maintain the custom demo matrix and coordinate new product additions and old product removals.
• Ensure Custom Fitting POP is up to date and in good, presentable working order for events in the field.

• Passion for golf and a desire to establish a career in the golf industry.
• Experience with launch monitors (Trackman, Foresight, or FlightScope) and golf club fitting.
• Understanding of basic and intermediate fitting terminology.
• Knowledge of golf ball flight data characteristics (speed, launch, spin).
• Strong knowledge of the golf swing and the skill set for playing golf.
• Excellent verbal and presentation skills.
• Industry-leading customer service and professionalism.
• Valid driver's licence and a sufficient sized vehicle to transport necessary tools.

• PGA / PGM affiliation preferred.
• Understanding of the green grass business preferred.

• Extensive travel within the outlined territory.
• Weekend and evening work required.

• Base pay: $200.00 - $240.00 per fitting day plus commission.
