Assistant Event Sales Manager

Sits within the Membership & Customer Excellence (MCE) Division, which delivers world-class experiences and deepens engagement across all customer segments through clubhouses, racecourses and Off-Course Betting Branches, alongside customer experience, data strategy and governance. The position supports the preparation and operation of events, coordinating with internal and external vendors, managing budgets and finance-related tasks, and handling customer inquiries. The role also involves reporting, stakeholder collaboration and compliance with the Club's policies and legal requirements.

• Assist with event operations and handle inquiries from customers.
• Coordinate with internal and external vendors to ensure smooth event execution.
• Support the preparation and operation of events, managing budgets and handling finance-related tasks including invoices and payments.
• Prepare management reports and assist with ad-hoc projects as needed.
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with the Responsible Gambling Policy (RGP) and all stipulated legal requirements pertaining to wagering to protect the integrity of the Club's business.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by the manager.

• A university degree or higher diploma in Hospitality Management from a leading hospitality institution.
• A minimum of four years of related experience at Assistant Events Sales Manager level in a sizable and premium hospitality operation.
• Excellent people management practices with good communication skills.
• Fluency in Cantonese and English.
• Supervisory experience in the field of event management.

• International hospitality experience is preferred.
• Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
