- Deliver revenue and profit targets through effective pricing, upselling, cross-selling and accurate sales forecasting.
- Proactively sell catering packages to exhibitors and stand-holders, converting enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Process standard exhibitor orders, manage payments, issue confirmations and receipts, and handle amendments in line with company procedures.
- Maintain accurate sales records, trackers, forecasts, rate cards and webshop listings, ensuring all information is up to date.
- Identify new revenue opportunities, develop sales initiatives and contribute market insights to support wider commercial strategy.
- Build strong client relationships, gather post-event feedback and use sales performance data to improve future results.
- Ensure seamless handovers to Event Managers for bespoke or complex orders, providing accurate booking details, payment status and client requirements.

- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail, capable of managing multiple clients, priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, comfortable engaging with both main organisers and individual exhibitors.
- Enthusiastic about developing new revenue opportunities, testing ideas and supporting growth across the exhibitions sector.
- Professional, positive and solution-focused under pressure, with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM and sales administration systems, with strong numerical accuracy and the ability to process orders and payments in line with financial procedures and ELH service standards.
