Store Advisor, Düsseldorf

This role is key in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales performance in a retail store. The postholder will use their expertise to enhance the customer experience by guiding customers through their shopping journey, maintaining optimal stock levels, and executing visual merchandising plans. They will join a dynamic and passionate team dedicated to driving store success, working closely with fellow advisors to ensure the retail environment is welcoming, efficient, and aligned with brand values.

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Assist with unpacking, back-stocking, and organising deliveries to ensure inventory is efficiently managed.
• Help maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment in line with Health & Safety (H&S) standards.
• Support daily operational tasks such as restocking shelves, updating displays, and managing product flow.
• Contribute ideas for in-store events, community engagement, and other activities to boost customer interaction and store presence.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.

• 1+ years of relevant experience in retail or customer service.
• Understanding of customer service excellence, with the ability to engage customers, address their needs, and provide effective solutions.
• Organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback to improve store processes and customer service levels.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
• Fluency in English and a conversational level of German.
