Associate Store Leader, Battersea

Is pivotal in driving and supporting retail initiatives to enhance operational excellence within retail stores. The postholder collaborates closely with regional retail management and store leadership and works alongside Retail Operations, Retail Tech, Retail Training, and the global DTC Retail team. The position supports the expansion and optimisation of retail store operations by elevating store processes, steering special projects, ensuring smooth technical operations, and implementing omni-channel opportunities.

• Ensure optimal stock levels and inventory accuracy by proactively monitoring sell-through rates and product flow strategy in store.
• Plan visual change-outs in advance and address daily visual updates to optimise sell-through.
• Oversee all talent-related matters, including time tracking, payroll, absence, conduct, and performance.
• Ensure effective in-store training is delivered by the training lead and implement development plans for team leads to support their professional growth and performance.
• Lead recruitment for lead advisors and advisors and deliver a strong onboarding process for new hires.
• Ensure optimum team coverage by creating and managing schedules.
• Implement action plans to maintain high team engagement based on feedback from engagement surveys.
• Maintain high stock accuracy and operational efficiency through effective back-of-house strategies and lead the development and management of the back-of-house team.
• Ensure smooth transportation of products in collaboration with the product operations team and oversee stock counts from preparation to investigation of discrepancies.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, demonstrate a strong commitment to exceptional customer service, embrace new ideas and initiatives to drive store success, and uphold high standards of integrity and professionalism.

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in retail.
• Strong experience in project management, coordinating cross-functional teams from start to finish.
