- Provide hands-on support for trackside systems such as FIA marshalling, telemetry, data acquisition and timing, as well as paddock systems and F1 team integration, ensuring issues are logged, tracked and driven to resolution.
- Configure, maintain and support broadcast and IT systems that enable distribution of onboard video multicasts and telemetry data to clients.
- Monitor and analyse system performance to proactively identify faults, performance degradation and optimisation opportunities
- Maintain and optimise telemetry and on-car systems, including configuring and monitoring on-car hardware devices, to ensure reliable high-performance operation and resolve issues affecting downstream product integrity.
- Apply F1 processes to ensure systems meet performance, quality and reliability standards, resolving issues and driving continuous improvement.
- Plan and deliver race event preparation activities, coordinating with relevant F1 departments to ensure high-quality execution within defined timescales.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry best practices, identifying and advocating for improvements through appropriate channels.
- Maintain accurate equipment inventories and manifests and manage hardware lifecycle, issue resolution and ongoing system optimisation in line with F1 processes and performance requirements, coordinating with freight teams for timely and accurate logistics and shipment.
- Attend up to 70% of F1 events, supporting installation, commissioning and operation of systems on-site.
