About the Role
As the Store Advisor, the role holder acts as the brand ambassador and primary creator of a premium, individualised fan experience in-store, mastering the fundamentals of the Cloud CX Premium service model and applying a detail-oriented approach so that every guest feels genuinely welcomed. Reporting to the Store Leader within the Retail team, the role supports the retail function by demonstrating a high level of excellence through service with authenticity. The Retail team is the heartbeat of On, bringing the brand and products to life for fans across the globe through immersive, design-led spaces that go beyond traditional shopping.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a premium, individualised fan experience by mastering the Cloud CX philosophy and executing the 5 Steps of Service to drive long-term brand loyalty
- Support guest interactions through elevated try-on rituals and personalised product education
- Resolve guest hesitations and ensure a seamless shopping journey
- Execute daily operational tasks with meticulous attention to detail, maintaining premium visual standards
- Maintain accurate inventory management that reflects On's global positioning
- Support On's unique market position through community engagement and collaborative teamwork
- Ensure clear communication so that every shift is started and finished together
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments where delivering a quality experience is a priority
- A growth mindset and a passion for learning, with a proven ability to remain resilient and coachable when learning new products or processes
- Highly reliable and accountable, with a record of consistent performance and strict adherence to retail standard operating procedures
- Strong communication skills and a team-first spirit, ensuring collective goals are met through active engagement and asking clarifying questions
- A meticulous eye for detail, recognising that premium retail success is found in the quality of execution and personal presentation
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends and some holidays
Salary
- Typical cash compensation range for this position is $21.64/hr - $23.56/hr plus a quarterly bonus based on store performance.
- Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate including experience, industry knowledge, qualifications, skill set, and location.
- Certain roles may be eligible for equity compensation in addition to cash compensation.
