Processor Warehouse Fulfillment GSN

This position is responsible for tasks associated with a specific section of the warehouse operation, involving retrieving product from totes, fulfilling value added services per customer requests and nesting product in outbound cartons. The role's key focus is shipping outbound cartons while ensuring the quality and accuracy of carton contents, label placement and shipping documentation. The position prepares the product and carton to support an elevated customer experience and a high standard of presentation.

• Pull product from conveyor totes and place it in outbound cartons.
• Ensure the contents of each shipping carton are nested properly and packed out correctly, using the correct packing materials and shipping labels.
• Understand outbound order requirements for packaging and identify the proper shipping cartons using standard work to achieve the desired presentation.
• Accurately enter data into computer terminals to prepare shipping labels and packing lists, affix labels to cartons and ensure packing lists are placed in cartons.
• Perform customer value added services (VAS) such as price ticketing, adding inserts and labelling requirements.
• Complete an audit of each container by following pack out practices as defined in the detailed standard work.
• Confirm cartons are sealed correctly and carry the proper shipping labels and documentation.
• Conduct all tasks in accordance with satisfactory safety practices and maintain a neat and orderly work area.
• Lead or train employees in adequate standards of work, as designated by management.
• Perform other related duties and assignments as required.

• Fluent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Demonstrated adherence to scheduled work hours with punctuality and timeliness.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring the integrity of documentation and order preparation.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple, concurrent processes.
• Ability to carry out assigned tasks with little or no supervision.
• Basic computer skills, including warehouse data entry systems and Microsoft Office products.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to climb, stoop, bend, carry, and manually wrap and package golf-related products.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work various shifts and/or extended hours as necessary.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in an atmosphere of frequent interruption.

• 3+ months of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse or a closely related field.
