Job description
About the Role
The Fulfilled by Nike (FxN) team sits within Nike Digital Commerce and the wider Nike Direct Digital cross-functional organisation, operating Nike's third-party marketplace and drop-ship model. The role is the accountable commercial lead for multiple assigned FxN partners, reporting to the FxN Senior Manager, who sets the EMEA FxN strategy, owns the regional P&L, leads senior relationships across the full partner portfolio and develops the team. It is an individual-contributor leadership role with no direct reports, working closely with Digital Operations, Digital Supply Chain, Merchandising, Planning, Sales, Finance, Analytics, Legal, Technology, Global Digital teams and strategic external marketplace partners across multiple timezones.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the commercial strategy for multiple assigned FxN accounts, serving as the accountable commercial lead for each partner relationship.
- Own the end-to-end performance and account-level P&L outcomes of assigned partners, including revenue, profitability, market share, consumer outcomes, service health, investment performance and delivery against agreed KPIs.
- Build annual and multi-year partner growth plans aligned to Nike Enterprise, Marketplace, Digital and EMEA FxN priorities.
- Lead account performance reviews, financial forecasting inputs and in-season trade decisions, identifying risks and opportunities early, converting insights into actions and trade-offs, and balancing near-term trading performance with long-term partner growth
- Brand elevation and consumer experience.
- Own Nike's day-to-day senior commercial relationships with assigned FxN marketplace partners, escalating to executive stakeholders when required, and lead joint business planning and partner trading rhythms that align Nike and partner teams behind shared priorities, assortment and activation plans
- Performance expectations and long-term growth ambitions.
- Drive commercial discussions for new and existing partner opportunities in close collaboration with Sales, Finance and Legal, and bring the partner and consumer perspective into Nike decision-making and the longer-term integrated marketplace strategy.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives for assigned accounts across Digital Commerce, Operations, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Planning, Sales, Finance, Analytics, Legal and Technology, translating partner priorities into clear workstreams, accountabilities, milestones, decision points
- KPIs and escalation paths.
- Create clarity across interdependencies, surface risks, remove barriers and accelerate decisions while maintaining focus on the highest-value opportunities, holding the end-to-end commercial outcome and building commitment without direct reporting lines.
- Shape improvements to the FxN commercial, service and operating models so successful solutions scale across partners and markets, explore new marketplace capabilities, partnership structures and digital service opportunities
- And build strategic business cases and investment recommendations for partner growth and future expansion.
- Establish effective operating rhythms and governance that keep multiple partner workstreams aligned and moving at pace, and contribute to a people-first, high-performing FxN culture through coaching, knowledge sharing, accountability, continuous improvement and leadership by example.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Entrepreneurial and commercially minded digital commerce leader who can set direction, mobilise cross-functional teams and turn partner, consumer and performance insights into measurable growth.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in digital commerce, marketplace management, partner development, sales, strategy or a related field.
- Demonstrated success directly owning commercial performance, account-level P&L outcomes and growth plans for multiple named, strategically important accounts.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen across revenue, profitability, forecasting, investment, market share and performance management, including the ability to identify risks and opportunities and recommend decisive action.
- Proven experience managing and growing strategic external partnerships through joint business planning, trading rhythms and senior stakeholder engagement.
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation without relying on direct authority.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate consumer, partner, competitive and performance insights into clear choices, trade-offs and actions.
- Executive-level communication, storytelling and influencing skills, with credibility across internal leadership and senior partner stakeholders.
- A consumer-first, growth mindset and a strong interest in marketplace innovation, scalable operating models and differentiated digital experiences.
