The role involves turning ideas into compelling video that builds Premier League fandom, using editing, graphics and music, and drawing on access to players, matches and the Premier League archive. The successful candidate will produce audience-first video for international broadcast partners' owned and operated channels and the Premier League's digital channels, working alongside fellow Assistant Producers and Producers and reporting to the Social Video Producer.

- Turn creative briefs and raw ideas into compelling, publish-ready videos, taking responsibility for the edit from initial assembly through to final delivery.
- Use Adobe Premiere Pro and the wider Adobe Creative Suite to combine strong pacing, graphics, music, sound and editorial context into clear and engaging stories.
- Draw on current-season field-of-play moments and the Premier League archive to find fresh angles, strengthen storytelling and make content relevant to both established and new fans.
- Identify the matchday moments, talking points and behind-the-scenes stories that audiences will find interesting, responding quickly to opportunities as they emerge.
- Film confidently on location using a mobile phone, capturing fly-on-the-wall material and finding creative ways to tell the story of a fixture, event or occasion.
- Develop thoughtful concepts for filming opportunities with Premier League players and help create natural interactions that reveal personality and build stronger connections with fans.
- Adapt videos for different social platforms, formats, audiences and partner requirements while maintaining consistently high production and editorial standards.
- Contribute ideas and observations on emerging social trends, audience behaviours and successful formats, using these insights to improve future content.
- Manage competing priorities and daily deadlines, respond constructively to feedback and collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality content.
Required Experience & Qualifications
