- Work with Producers and editors to capture content and shape engaging edits using sound editorial judgement and platform best practice.
- Translate strategic priorities into audience-focused stories that engage Premier League fans globally.
- Support Producers and Production Management with shoot planning, logistics, contributors, access and production arrangements, coordinating production tasks and deadlines across multiple projects.
- Build strong internal and external relationships through clear production communication, resolving production challenges creatively and escalating issues where appropriate.
- Use audience insights, platform best practice and tracking of digital trends and audience behaviours to shape effective digital and social content.
- Apply effective structure, pacing and storytelling across platforms and formats.
- Develop ideas that engage existing and casual audiences and attract new fans globally.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience operating at Assistant Producer level or equivalent, with the ability to take ownership of these responsibilities from the outset.

- Experience edit producing, working with an editor to shape a feature in post-production.
- Experience working on or producing multi-camera shoots.
- Experience creating football, sport or talent-led content.
- Creative, with strong storytelling instincts and the ability to support, and lead where appropriate, the development and execution of ideas through research, filming, scripting and editing.
- Passionate about digital content and audience engagement, with an understanding of what earns attention and drives viewership.
- Editorially minded, with good judgement and an appreciation for high-quality storytelling across different platforms.
