- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, maintain attention to detail and work across multiple collaborative projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating meetings, tracking deliverables and supporting project plans in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for delivering exceptional experiences for customers, fans and event attendees on a global scale.
- A proactive and team-oriented approach, with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and support colleagues to achieve shared outcomes.
- Flexibility to travel as required, and willingness to work outside standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, to support activities and tournament delivery.
- Ability to obtain unlimited working rights in Australia.
- No relocation package is provided; applicants should be prepared to be based in the role location at their own expense.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of accessibility, guest or consumer experience, or event operations principles.
Workplace
