About Rugby World Cup 2027
Men's Rugby World Cup 2027 is the 11th edition of the Men's Rugby World Cup and will be hosted in Australia from 1 October to 13 November 2027. The official tournament site presents it as rugby's biggest global celebration and the biggest Men's Rugby World Cup in history.

Twenty-four nations will compete across 52 matches in host cities and venues around Australia. The match schedule spans the opening match, pool matches, round of 16, quarter-finals, semi-finals, bronze final and final, with tickets on sale and more than half of available tickets secured as Australia marked one year to go.

World Rugby has announced a roster of commercial and broadcast partners for the tournament, including Isuzu as Official Automotive Partner, Woolworths as Official Supermarket Supporter, IHG Hotels & Resorts as Official Hotel Partner, Visa as Principal Partner and Official Payment Technology Partner, and ITV as exclusive broadcast partner in the UK.

The tournament is tied to a legacy programme, Impact Beyond, launched with AUD$30 million of Australian Government investment to drive sustainable growth and positive impact across Australia and the Pacific. Team27, the official Volunteer Program, offers people across Australia the chance to help deliver the event, while the World Wheelchair Rugby Cup is set to take centre stage in Brisbane alongside Men's Rugby World Cup 2027, building an inclusive legacy for rugby in Australia.
