• Manage and process customer lottery ticket orders and redemptions at the local fulfilment centre, ensuring accuracy from start to finish.
• Keep systems updated with real-time customer order statuses and tracking information.
• Streamline and organise workflows to meet daily objectives and hit deadlines.
• Maintain the smooth operation of printing and scanning equipment, ensuring everything runs flawlessly.
• Support various operational projects as they arise, contributing to the team's overall success.

• Work a dynamic schedule, including weekends and holidays, with a proven track record of reliable attendance.
• Bring experience in fast-paced environments, with a knack for technology and familiarity with common software, including Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrate a self-starter mentality and sharp attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise and tackle tasks independently.
• Possess exceptional customer service, communication, and time management skills.
• Be physically able to stand and walk frequently and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs, ensuring smooth operations in a fast-moving fulfilment setting.
• Obtain, if required, a gaming licence issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment; the company will guide candidates through the process if relevant.
