Sales Trainee

This is a training role designed to prepare the Sales Trainee for the Account Sales Manager role. The role primarily supports sales initiatives and provides route coverage for the Account Sales Manager during vacation, sickness, injury, or special projects, working with management to maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising, and operations for all large and small format off-premise stores. The trainee must service all customers safely, productively, and professionally in compliance with Red Bull executional standards.

• Service all customers safely, productively, and professionally in compliance with Red Bull executional standards.
• Learn the basics of Red Bull and Red Bull Distribution Company, including the brand and products.
• Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper product rotation to ensure fresh product, and set proper brand flow following Red Bull standards.
• Establish and maintain friendly and professional customer relationships to increase sales and selling.
• Obtain all tools such as insights, displays, point of sale, and pricing to execute the daily plan.
• Communicate effectively with Account Sales Managers and District Sales Managers on daily priorities, and train with Account Sales Managers.
• Cover Account Sales Manager routes as needed and meet daily KPIs focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising, supporting the Global Strategy for In-Store Execution measured by Winning vs Competition (WVC) and Perfect Store Audit (PSA).
• Support the team with audits, blitzes, building displays, and merchandising to drive the sales business, and perform other duties as assigned.

• Valid US Driver's Licence.
• Obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English language proficiency.

• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Additional languages are an advantage.

• Field-based route coverage for large and small format off-premise stores.
