Sales Trainee

This is a training role designed to prepare the Sales Trainee for the Account Sales Manager role. The role primarily supports sales initiatives and provides route coverage for the ASM during vacation, sickness, injury or special projects. The Sales Trainee works with management to maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for all large and small format off-premise stores.

• Work with management to maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for all large and small format off-premise stores.
• Service all customers in a safe, productive and professional manner in compliance with Red Bull executional standards.
• Learn the basics of Red Bull and Red Bull Distribution Company, including the brand and products.
• Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper rotation to ensure fresh product, and set proper brand flow following Red Bull standards.
• Establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with customers to increase sales and selling.
• Obtain all tools such as insights, displays, point of sale and pricing to execute the daily plan, and communicate effectively with ASMs/DSMs on daily priorities.
• Train with ASMs and cover ASM routes as needed.
• Execute the global strategy for in-store execution measured by Winning vs Competition (WVC) and Perfect Store Audit (PSA), and meet daily KPIs focused on sales, distributions, pricing, display, new accounts and merchandising.
• Support the team with audits, blitz, building of displays and merchandising to drive the sales business, and complete other duties as assigned.

• Valid US Driver's Licence.
• Obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English language proficiency.

• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Additional languages are an advantage.
