Product Manager, Games Discovery

Sits within FanDuel's Casino product team and is focused on ensuring that users who play on Casino receive an industry-leading experience. The Product Manager will be integral in creating seamless access to the Casino games customers want to play, fostering a more exciting way to discover new games, and driving customers back to the app to fuel winning moments. The position requires understanding and prioritising product and customer needs, defining the product vision and OKRs, and working closely with engineering, design, content, commercial and marketing teams to bring solutions to market.

• Inform, shape and drive the execution of product initiatives surrounding games discovery for FanDuel Casino.
• Establish and maintain domain expertise on the product, the market and competitors.
• Assess product opportunities and spearhead the ideation, prioritisation and design of new initiatives.
• Ensure transparency and alignment with organisational stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing and operational functions to ensure successful product deliveries and launches.
• Identify, prioritise and execute post-launch optimisations and improvements.
• Track and report objectively on product performance and OKRs.

• Minimum 2+ years' experience as a product manager or in a similar role.
• Proven track record of partnering with engineers and designers to deliver successful products.
• Demonstrated success in influencing cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Excellent stakeholder management and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects while effectively balancing scope, resourcing, time and quality.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• A strong sense of ownership and accountability for goals and deliverables.
• Experience working with AI tools to aid in product management discovery and execution.
