Senior Principal Technical Program Manager

Is a core member of the Consumer Product & Innovation (CP&I) extended leadership team. It translates strategic investments into business outcomes, owns end-to-end delivery of complex technical and strategic programmes, and leads planning and execution across engineering teams and stakeholders globally. The individual operates as an individual contributor who leads through influence rather than direct authority, partnering with engineering teams and aligning senior business, technology, and operations leaders around shared outcomes, critical decisions, and enterprise trade-offs.

• Own the integrated delivery portfolio for CP&I's most critical programmes, from strategy and planning through launch and value realisation.
• Translate strategic investments into business outcomes and own end-to-end delivery of complex technical and strategic programmes.
• Lead planning and execution across engineering teams and stakeholders globally.
• Lead quarterly planning and dependency alignment across business and technology leaders.
• Drive enterprise trade-off decisions to resolution.
• Establish governance, metrics, and executive reporting that give leadership a clear view of progress, risk, and business value.
• Represent the TPM organisation in leadership forums.
• Coach programme managers across the organisation to raise the bar on how they work.
• Serve as the single point of contact for programmes from PHK and partner with peer programme managers in other geographies to deliver programme outcomes.
• Partner with engineering teams, shape technical decisions that keep delivery on track, and align senior business, technology, and operations leaders around shared outcomes, critical decisions, and enterprise trade-offs.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of Technical Program Management or product experience.
• 5+ years leading multi-team, enterprise-scale programmes across multiple technology platforms and business areas.
• Proven record of owning execution across an organisation's most critical programmes and ensuring investments deliver timely, measurable business value.
• Experience leading digital and technology transformations.
• Breadth across multiple technologies and depth in key technical areas.
• Demonstrated success in agile, programme-based operating models.
• Track record of challenging the status quo constructively and driving lasting changes to processes, operating models, or ways of working.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in a dynamic, results-oriented matrixed environment.
• Delivery experience using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, including leading scaled, multi-team planning such as quarterly PI planning and cross-team dependency management.
• Demonstrated experience leading beyond own programmes, including mentoring programme managers, and shaping organisational.
• Strong understanding of modern software architecture, including service-oriented and cloud-native solutions, with the judgment to evaluate architectural trade-offs and their impact on delivery.
• Executive-level communication and influence, including strong oral and written communication, building trusted relationships with cross-functional partners to deliver key strategic initiatives, translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and vice versa
• And presenting concise recommendations, risks, and trade-offs to VP and SVP audiences.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Relevant experience in Retail, Consumer Product Development, Innovation, Supply Chain, and Operations is preferred.
