Sales Trainee

This is a training role designed to prepare the Sales Trainee for the Account Sales Manager (ASM) role. The role primarily supports sales initiatives and provides route coverage for the ASM during vacation, sickness, injury or special projects as needed. The trainee works with management to maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for all large and small format off-premise stores, and must service all customers in a safe, productive and professional manner in compliance with Red Bull executional standards.

• Work with management to maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for all large and small format off-premise stores.
• Service all customers in a safe, productive and professional manner in compliance with Red Bull executional standards.
• Understand and learn the basics of Red Bull and Red Bull Distribution Company, the brand and the products.
• Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper rotation to ensure fresh product, and set proper brand flow following Red Bull standards.
• Establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with customers to increase sales and selling.
• Obtain all tools (insights, displays, point of sale, pricing) to execute the daily plan, and communicate effectively with ASMs/DSMs on daily priorities.
• Train with Account Sales Managers and cover their routes as needed.
• Meet daily KPIs focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts and merchandising.
• Support the team with audits, blitz, building of displays and merchandising to effectively drive the sales business, and perform other duties as assigned.

• Valid US Driver's Licence and obtainment of a DOT Medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English language proficiency.

• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Additional languages are an advantage.
