About the Role
Provides proactive and reactive support to customers across multiple contact channels. Reporting to the Customer Support Team Manager, it sits within the Customer Service Team and helps customers resolve enquiries while delivering a consistent, high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive and reactive support to customers across voice and non-voice contact channels while maintaining service standards.
- Resolve customer enquiries at the first contact wherever possible.
- Escalate complex enquiries appropriately and communicate investigation outcomes to customers.
- Keep product, marketing and customer support knowledge up to date.
- Identify and escalate issues that could affect the customer experience.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- At least one year of contact centre and customer service experience.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Confidence supporting customers through voice, email and live chat.
- A high school diploma, vocational qualification, short-course certificate or bachelor's degree in any field.
