Job description
About the Role
The Live Content Correspondents (LCC) Manager supports the continued growth and evolution of the NFL's Live Content Correspondent program by helping execute key league priorities. The role provides year-round operational support across LCC recruitment, development, and program initiatives while helping ensure the team can effectively scale and respond to emerging opportunities. The position is with one of the NFL's third-party agency partners that provides services to the NFL; the selected individual will be an employee of that agency rather than the NFL, and the assignment is limited in duration but may be extended by agreement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic development and day-to-day operation of the League's Live Content Correspondents (LCC) program, establishing standards, workflows, training programs and performance expectations across a distributed network of contributors.
- Own overall LCC program effectiveness, including talent identification, onboarding, contributor development, engagement, retention and measurement of program success.
- Influence and coordinate the work of contributors, market leads, agency partners and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistent execution and quality standards across all LCC initiatives.
- Drive the growth and expansion of the LCC network, identifying emerging creators and new opportunities across the U.S. and priority international markets while partnering with local teams to strengthen live content capabilities and program efficiency.
- Partner across the League to maximize the value of LCC talent and content, identifying opportunities to support strategic initiatives, enhance partner integrations and create new business value.
- Represent and advocate for the LCC program across the League, maintaining a visible presence in the League office to build relationships, identify opportunities and foster collaboration across Marketing and other departments.
Required Experience & Qualifications

- Strong communication, organisational and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, including live or event-based operations.
- Working knowledge of digital content production, social platforms and content distribution workflows.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
- Embody an enthusiastic, proactive can-do attitude.
- Embrace grit, free from ego or entitlement.
- Excel as a relationship builder, with the ability to influence.
- Be an eager learner driven by passion rather than just ambition.
- Demonstrate an incredible work ethic with an agile mindset.
Preferred Skills
- Experience identifying, recruiting or developing emerging creators or content talent.
- Experience working across international markets or with geographically distributed teams.
- Experience developing branded content or working with sponsorship, partnership or business development teams.
- Experience identifying and implementing technology or workflow improvements.
- Familiarity with content performance metrics, analytics and emerging creator trends.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Workplace
- In-person work at NFL offices is a top priority; the role requires onsite presence at an NFL office or stadium location, and remote and/or hybrid working options are not offered.
- No relocation assistance will be provided.
- Expected to work 40 hours per week, with a Sunday–Thursday schedule while in-season and a Monday–Friday schedule in offseason, and weekend and holiday work required as needed.
- Travel is required primarily for league tentpole events and is estimated at 10%.
- Is with one of the NFL's third-party agency partners that provides services to the NFL; the selected individual will be an employee of that third-party agency and not the NFL.
- All compensation, benefits, and other terms and conditions of employment are handled by the third-party agency.
- The assignment to provide services to the NFL will be limited in duration but may be extended for an additional period by agreement between the NFL and the agency.
Salary
- $55—$58 USD
- The NFL expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range; only in truly rare and exceptional circumstances, where an external candidate has experience, credentials or expertise that far exceed those required or expected, would the NFL consider paying near the higher end of the range.
Benefits & Perks
- Comprehensive benefits offerings are available.
- Benefits and other terms and conditions of employment are handled by the third-party agency partner, not the NFL.
