Manager, Data Office (Deployment Strategy)

Leads and advises business departments in identifying, shaping and prioritising Data & AI use cases, ensuring clear business outcomes and measurable benefits. It contributes to the Club's Data strategy and acts as a trusted business partner across the organisation. The position owns Data & AI business products from a business perspective, driving the product lifecycle from ideation through deployment, adoption and continuous improvement.

• Lead and advise business departments in identifying, shaping and prioritising use cases, ensuring clear business outcomes, measurable benefits and a balanced assessment of value versus delivery effort.
• Contribute to the development and execution of the Club's Data strategy, translating business priorities into an actionable deployment roadmap and portfolio of initiatives.
• Act as a trusted business partner to stakeholders across the Club, building long-term relationships to identify opportunities, foster collaboration and maximise cross-functional business value through Data.
• Own and manage Data & AI business products from a business perspective, driving the product lifecycle from ideation and business case development through deployment, adoption and continuous improvement.
• Drive adoption of the assigned business solutions through stakeholder engagement, change management and capability building, ensuring sustainable business outcomes and return on investment.
• Define, track and report business value realisation metrics, monitoring the impact of deployed solutions and identifying opportunities for optimisation and further value creation.
• Act as a key influencer in fostering a data literacy culture across the Club and enable business stakeholders to better understand complex Data & AI concepts.
• Facilitate alignment between business stakeholders, Data Office teams and IT teams, ensuring Data & AI initiatives are delivered in line with strategic objectives, business needs and operational constraints.
• Partner with the Governance team to ensure proposed solutions remain trusted, compliant, explainable, and with effective controls.
• Collaborate closely with Data Science, Data Platform, and IT teams to ensure the technical feasibility of proposed solutions, taking into consideration data availability, quality, security, and scalability.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Business, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, Information System or Information Technology.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience as a Data & AI Product Owner, Business Analyst, or related role.
• Proven track record as a Data & AI Product Owner and/or Business Analyst, with successful delivery of use cases that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Experience in driving change management, stakeholder adoption, and business value realisation for Data & AI initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills, with the ability to explain Data & AI solutions, build trust, and drive data adoption across the Club.
• Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand business models and operations, develop business proposals, and articulate solutions in a clear and concise manner.
• Able to influence and engage stakeholders effectively, while demonstrating strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.

• Hands-on experience in developing and implementing solutions, and/or relevant certifications in Data & AI technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Databricks).
