Key Responsibilities
- Act as a culture partner by cultivating an environment where creativity, innovation and connection thrive, and where the On spirit is reflected.
- Act as the face of the London office and represent the brand by greeting and registering visitors, overseeing badge and locker access, and handling mail distribution and ad-hoc guest requests.
- Execute day-to-day operations with an eye for operational excellence, ensuring essential details from supply orders to vendor and inventory management run seamlessly.
- Own local activations and rituals in alignment with EMEA Workplace Experience leadership to foster community and inclusion in the London hub.
- Collaborate closely with Facilities, Real Estate, and Health & Safety peers to ensure physical standards reflect the premium brand and support productivity.
- Draft internal communications to keep the London hub informed, engaged, and aligned with premium standards.
- Identify workflow improvements to ensure local operations remain innovative, human-centred, and continuously refined through feedback.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in workplace experience, community building or operational roles, with a proven ability to deliver projects that enhance company culture and team engagement.
- Comfortable with an in-person presence, being onsite in the London hub Monday through Friday to drive daily operations and front-of-house experience.
- Ability to respond effectively to unexpected changes and embrace new experiences with curiosity.
- Proactive, agile, hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at building strong, professional stakeholder relationships.
- Proven ability to embody the On spirits with a focus on positive, team and explorer spirit.
- Advanced accountability, including setting ambitious goals for the London hub, keeping stakeholders informed, owning tasks end-to-end, and assessing both successes and mistakes.
- Reflective professional who admits mistakes, learns from feedback, and balances boundaries while staying team-first.
- Clear communicator able to influence across teams and fluent in English.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with and knowledge of Health and Safety policies and guidelines.
- Fluency in languages other than English.
Workplace
- Onsite — expected presence in the London hub Monday through Friday.
