Junior Marketing Manager Running - TEMP

This is a six-month, full-time temporary marketing and operations support role based on-site in PUMA's Somerville, MA office. The position supports athlete, creator and media seeding, product fulfilment, local events, productions and seasonal marketing and product planning, working closely with the operations lead and wider team. There is potential for conversion to permanent employment based on individual performance, business needs and available headcount, though permanent employment is not guaranteed.

• Support maintaining athlete, creator and media seeding lists.
• Assist the operations lead to manage product fulfilment for seeding, events, productions and ad hoc requests while keeping inventories up to date.
• Coordinate shipments and tracking.
• Provide on-the-ground support for local events.
• Create and submit purchase orders, following up on outstanding issues through to completion.
• Maintain the RUN budget tracker.
• Assist in productions where needed.
• Manage seasonal footwear wall updates.
• Create and maintain the master marketing and product calendar, noting product launches, cultural moments, internal milestones and creative deadlines.
• Assist in the creation of quarterly Run Trend reports.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and multi-task.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and external colleagues, with communication paramount.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Strong experience using Microsoft Suite applications.
• Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and energy.
• Detail-oriented, resourceful, self-motivated and proactive.
• Proven ability to work independently and multi-task.
• Ability to collect and examine data to share an informed conclusion.

• 2-3 years of applicable experience preferred but not required.

• On-site attendance required in PUMA's Somerville, MA office.

• Base pay of $30 per hour.
