- Identify workflow bottlenecks, repetitive tasks, and quality risks, using data and stakeholder feedback to recommend and implement practical improvements.
- Support the testing and rollout of new creative technologies and automation capabilities by evaluating use cases, documenting requirements, and measuring operational impact.
- Partner with Creative, Brand, Growth Marketing, Analytics, Legal, and technical teams to improve collaboration, streamline handoffs, and support reliable execution.
- Maintain workflow standards, asset metadata, documentation, and quality controls while validating that new processes and automations perform as intended.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing technology, creative automation, digital production, creative operations, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience managing creative production workflows, including asset intake, versioning, approvals, quality assurance, and delivery.
- Familiarity with creative and workflow management platforms such as Airtable, Figma, Wrike, Asana, Jira, or digital asset management systems.
- Experience applying AI and automation tools to streamline manual processes, improve documentation, and create repeatable workflows, with an understanding of responsible AI use and data security.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- A process-driven mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies, troubleshoot issues, and translate operational challenges into practical improvements.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and partner across creative, marketing, technical, and external teams.
