Job description
About the Role
TBL is looking for a creative, digitally native Content & Social Media Manager to own our social channels and produce the images and videos that bring our brand to life. You'll create scroll-stopping content promoting our prize draws, predictor games and the big sporting moments our audience cares about, and grow an engaged community around TBL. We're a small, ambitious startup, so we're looking for someone who takes ownership, moves quickly and is always finding better ways to create and share content.
Key Responsibilities
- Own TBL's social media channels day to day, including planning, publishing, community management and responding to comments and messages.
- Build and manage a content calendar around prize draws, predictor games, key sporting events, fixtures and seasonal moments.
- Grow our following and engagement, spotting trends, formats and conversations we can join quickly and authentically. Image & video creation
- Create original images, graphics and short-form video (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, Stories) for social, email, web and paid campaigns.
- Shoot, edit and produce content end to end, from quick-turnaround reactive posts to more polished campaign assets.
- Use design, editing and AI tools to produce high-quality content efficiently and at volume, while keeping the TBL look and tone consistent.
- Develop creative ideas and content that drive entries and participation in prize draws and predictor games.
- Produce assets for winner announcements, prize showcases and promotional pushes, working with the wider marketing team.
- Create content with and for commercial partners, affiliates and creators, and help coordinate influencer and UGC activity. Performance & insight
- Track and report on social and content performance, using data to understand what works and refine our approach.
- Test new formats, platforms and ideas, and share learnings with the team. Brand & process
- Help shape TBL's tone of voice and visual identity across all channels.
- Keep content organised, on brand and compliant with platform rules and promotional guidelines for prize draws.
- Build simple, repeatable workflows and templates so we can create more, faster.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- A digital native who lives and breathes social media and understands what makes content work on each platform.
- Around 2–4 years' experience in a content, social media or creative role; experience running a consumer-facing social media account is a strong advantage.
- Confident creating images and video yourself, with hands-on skills in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar, and curiosity about AI content tools.
- A strong eye for design and storytelling, with sharp copywriting skills and a feel for tone of voice.
- Comfortable working at pace, juggling reactive and planned content, and using data to guide decisions.
- A proactive self-starter who takes ownership, pays attention to detail and adapts to changing priorities in a small, growing business.
