- Direct the local deployment of visual merchandising strategies across flagship partner accounts, solving spatial constraints to ensure premium brand presentation.
- Synthesise macro territory insights, competitor movements, and structural partner feedback into strategic briefs for sales leadership and regional marketing units.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 4+ years of functional experience within technical product education, wholesale sales management, event operations, or integrated brand marketing.
- Proven track record navigating matrixed corporate environments and managing complex projects with separate internal and external stakeholder groups.
- Deep structural understanding of the performance running, outdoor, and specialty sporting goods landscapes, including consumer behavioural shifts and emerging retail trends.
- Expertise presenting high-altitude strategic frameworks and deep technical concepts to corporate buyers, retail owners, and industry professionals with declarative confidence.
- Advanced proficiency in digital project management software, data analytics platforms, and modern social media ecosystems to scale ambassador impact.
- Proven ability to proactively navigate ambiguity, pilot experimental event formats, and manage high-impact stretch assignments autonomously.
- Willingness to navigate a travel-intensive schedule of up to 60% across the designated territory while living within commutable proximity to Mexico City.
