Commercial Product Director

Sits within the senior leadership team and reports into the CMO, leading overall commercial product strategy alongside the innovation, development and delivery of the organisation's member experience portfolio across the UK and Europe. The role is accountable for creating, evolving, commercialising and scaling market-leading products that bring the company vision to life and strengthen long-term member engagement and commercial performance. As the senior leader responsible for the full product lifecycle, the postholder provides strategic direction across Fitness, Group Exercise, Racquets, Swim, Family, Longevity and emerging product categories.

• Lead overall commercial product strategy alongside the innovation, development and delivery of the organisation's member experience portfolio across the UK and Europe.
• Create, evolve, commercialise and scale market-leading products that bring the company vision to life.
• Strengthen long-term member engagement and commercial performance.
• Provide strategic direction across Fitness, Group Exercise, Racquets, Swim, Family, Longevity and emerging product categories.
• Ensure product innovation and commercial execution work seamlessly to create differentiated member-centric experiences and drive sustainable growth.
• Own and be accountable for a critical percentage of the company's secondary income revenue.
• Act as a key strategic partner to the Executive Team, influencing the long-term direction of product proposition, product investment priorities, club evolution, digital integration, wellbeing innovation and commercial growth opportunities across all markets.
• Provide senior leadership across the full product lifecycle.

• Experience working in a similar, senior role for a large-scale operation.
• Background in multi-site, consumer, marketing, retail, leisure or service organisations.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to influence at senior levels.
• Strong understanding of product innovation, development and delivery.
• Experience developing commercial strategies in a complex, multi-site organisation.
• Proven ability to deliver commercial growth targets.

• Remote working position, suitable for someone residing in the UK or Europe.
• Some travel will be required.
