About the Role
FanDuel Group is seeking a Project Manager to join its growing Business Project Management team, leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. The role involves working with stakeholders to develop plans, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate with cross-functional partners. The Project Manager reports to the Senior Program Manager and gains significant exposure across FanDuel Group as well as the broader global company, Flutter Entertainment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver the most critical projects across the organisation
- Define project tasks and resource requirements
- Assemble and coordinate multi-disciplinary, and potentially geographically dispersed, teams
- Track project milestones and deliverables and report status updates
- Identify risks that would prevent the timely delivery of projects and develop solutions to mitigate them
- Provide direction and support to project teams
- Identify decisions or trade-offs that need to be made to ensure successful delivery of solutions on time
- Work with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure clear and precise delivery of solutions
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 3 years' experience in project management, strategy, or business operations
- Organised and transparent with regards to plans, milestones and deliverables
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under minimal supervision at detailed levels while taking account of interdependencies at higher levels
- Demonstrates a bias for action, can deliver in an agile environment, and has a track record of success
- Good relationship manager and negotiator, able to build agreements with business stakeholders
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and determine priorities
- Ability to influence others without formal authority
- Ability to motivate potentially large and diverse teams from across the business and external stakeholders and create effective teams
- Experience of working with distributed teams
- Passionate about being part of a culture that builds and enables high performing multi-disciplinary teams

- Experience in project management, strategy, or business operations at a technology, sports or media company
