Senior Sport Sourcing Analyst

This role sits within the Apparel Sport Sourcing Team and works closely with cross-functional partners across product creation, finance, manufacturing, and sourcing, with a focus on the Golf and Tennis categories. It leads sourcing and cost-planning activities for those sport categories, building and executing source strategies and establishing style-level cost targets in partnership with the triad and Finance. The role connects category decisions to broader Sport profitability goals and contributes to best practices that strengthen processes and operating models.

• Lead sourcing and cost-planning activities for the Golf and Tennis sport categories.
• Create and execute sourcing strategies for the Sport categories in partnership with the triad and Finance.
• Establish style-level cost targets and connect category decisions to broader Sport profitability goals.
• Lead the cost-planning process and identify opportunities to support profitability.
• Provide project leadership and support for seasonal initiatives.
• Contribute to best practices that strengthen processes and operating models.
• Apply knowledge of the global sourcing process, from strategic sourcing through seasonal execution.

• Bachelor's degree in Sourcing, Planning, Operations Management, Product Creation, Manufacturing or related field; any suitable combination of education, experience or training will be accepted.
• A minimum of 3 years of directly relevant experience.
• Strategic thinking and an enterprise-wide perspective.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and build alignment without direct authority.
• Strong integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to make progress in evolving or ambiguous environments.
• A collaborative approach and demonstrated ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders, balance competing priorities, and create a shared vision.
