Sr Specialist GBS Procurement Operation - Automation and AI

Supports NTP purchase requisition to purchase order (PR2PO) operations by ensuring efficient, compliant and scalable execution, issue resolution and operational coordination. It leverages AI tools and automation solutions to improve operational productivity, reduce manual effort, strengthen process control and enhance the user experience across NTP workflows, and it develops practical AI-enabled use cases, including AI agents, automation tools, dashboards and analytics to support daily operations, performance management and continuous improvement. The position bridges global, regional and local teams to land digital, process efficiency and procurement transformation initiatives within the NTP operation team.

• Support process improvement through AI technology and other automation tools such as macros and RPA for both the NTP operation team and the Tactical Buy team.
• Proactively identify efficiency improvement opportunities and lead their overall design and landing.
• Download efficiency initiatives from global teams and lead their landing in the local operation.
• Introduce and share local good practices with global teams and help global teams land those practices at their own sites.
• Support market research to carry out project feasibility assessment.
• Support spend analysis and tail spend analysis to identify saving and pipeline opportunities.
• Support PO automation analysis, root cause analysis and improvement plans.
• Support KPI root cause analysis and improvement plans, such as PO compliance and GR compliance.
• Support the creation of the monthly performance review dashboard in Power BI and PowerPoint, and the update and enhancement of the team daily management template.
• Support other reports as required by the team.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar function for BPO or SSC companies.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Hands-on experience in designing, developing and deploying AI-enabled solutions or AI agents, such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate AI capabilities or similar tools, to solve real business operation problems.
• Good skills in Power BI and familiarity with other visualisation tools such as Tableau and Qlik.
• Strong automation knowledge and practical experience with Advanced Excel, VBA, Power Query, Power Automate, macros and workflow automation to streamline repetitive operational tasks.
• Proven experience in automation-based process improvement, including VBA-based tools, RPA solutions, low-code/no-code platforms, and end-to-end automation design from requirement clarification to implementation and user adoption.
• Strong mindset in process improvement and continuous efficiency.
• Good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and well organised.
• Quick learner on new technology and new methodology on innovation.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.
