UK and UAE Football Education Coach Opportunities - London Recruitment Day

Manchester City Football Education is recruiting through a London recruitment day for two coaching pathways: a casual variable-hours role based in the UK and a full-time role based in the United Arab Emirates. The UK casual role involves preparing, delivering and reviewing sessions aligned with the Manchester City coaching curriculum and methodology, working across weekends, evenings and school holidays. The UAE full-time role involves delivering programmes that reflect Manchester City's coaching philosophy across age groups and abilities, supporting planning, review and continuous improvement, and representing the club through wider programme activity across the region.

• Prepare, deliver and review sessions aligned with the Manchester City coaching curriculum and methodology for the UK casual opportunity.
• Create welcoming, organised and development-focused experiences for players of different ages and abilities.
• Work across weekends, evenings and school holidays for the UK casual opportunity.
• Contribute to consistent delivery, effective communication and professional standards.
• Deliver programmes that reflect Manchester City's coaching philosophy across a range of age groups and abilities for the UAE full-time opportunity.
• Support planning, review and continuous improvement.
• Adapt sessions to the players and environment.
• Build positive relationships with players, families, colleagues and local stakeholders.
• Represent Manchester City through wider programme activity across the region.

• A minimum UEFA C, FA Level 2 or equivalent coaching qualification.
• Experience planning and delivering football coaching sessions in an education, community or club environment.
• Proven ability to adapt coaching for players from different age groups, backgrounds and abilities.
• Clear and effective communication skills with players, families, colleagues and other stakeholders.
• Commitment to ongoing learning, safeguarding and the professional standards relevant to the selected opportunity.
• For the UK casual opportunity, proof of eligibility to work in the UK is required.
• All UK-based roles are subject to a DBS check upon commencing employment, which may be a basic, standard or enhanced check depending on the role and responsibilities.
