Job description
About the Role
Supports strong in-store execution by ensuring Red Bull products are consistently stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated to brand standards across small and/or large format accounts. It is responsible for servicing all customers in a safe, productive, and professional manner while maximising product visibility and availability at every point of sale. The position is labour-intensive and involves regularly lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling cases, as well as frequent bending, reaching, and squatting while handling and merchandising product.
Key Responsibilities
- Merchandise products on shelves, in displays, cold vaults, and coolers, ensuring full stock, proper rotation, and compliance with planograms and shelf schematics.
- Rotate products from back stock to shelves, displays, or cold vaults, reviewing code dates at every visit.
- Pull and report any dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange.
- Ensure all cold equipment, racks, and other point of sale are current, clean, and presented in accordance with brand standards.
- Maintain clean, organised backstock areas by consolidating inventory to support optimal stock levels and product freshness.
- Support in-store execution, which may include building, maintaining, and optimising displays to maximise visibility and sales.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Collaborate regularly with Account Sales Managers or customers to address product availability, optimise display execution, and support inventory needs.
- Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers to support strong in-store execution.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Valid US Driver's Licence.
- Reliable vehicle to be used for work purposes with at least the minimum insurance coverage.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
- Ability to regularly lift, load, push, and pull cases, and frequently bend, reach, and squat while handling and merchandising product.
- English proficiency.
Preferred Skills
- Experience merchandising is a plus.
- Additional languages are an advantage.
