Merchandiser (Full Time)

This role supports strong in-store execution by ensuring Red Bull products are consistently stocked, maintained, displayed and rotated to brand standards across small and large format accounts. It services all customers in a safe, productive and professional manner while maximising product visibility and availability at every point of sale. The role involves regular collaboration with Account Sales Manager(s) and customers to address product availability, display execution and inventory needs.

• Service all customers in a safe, productive and professional manner.
• Merchandise products on shelves, in displays, cold vaults and coolers, ensuring full stock, proper rotation and compliance with planograms and shelf schematics.
• Rotate products from back stock to shelves, displays or cold vaults, reviewing code dates at every visit.
• Pull and report any dented, damaged, dirty or expired product for removal or exchange.
• Ensure all cold equipment, racks and other point of sale are current, clean and presented in accordance with brand standards.
• Maintain clean, organised backstock areas by consolidating inventory to support optimal stock levels and product freshness.
• Support in-store execution, which may include building, maintaining and optimising displays to maximise visibility and sales.
• Collaborate with Account Sales Manager(s) or customers to address product availability, optimise display execution and support inventory needs.
• Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers to support strong in-store execution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• A valid US Driver's Licence.
• A reliable vehicle to be used for work purposes with at least the minimum insurance coverage.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• Ability to regularly lift, load, push and pull cases, and frequently bend, reach and squat while handling and merchandising product.
• English proficiency.

• Experience merchandising is a plus.
• Additional languages are an advantage.
