Senior Marketing Manager Teams & Federation Activation

Drives effective short and long-term communication plans for global PUMA Football teams, maximising the impact of brand sponsorship investments. It develops action plans for scheduled football events and seasonal campaigns across men's and women's teams, and crafts authentic stories and premium content around products, teams and federations. The position works in partnership with the wider marketing team, Integrated Marketing, Teamsport Marketing and agency partners, as well as relevant team partnership and club representatives at global and local levels.

• Drive effective short and long-term communication plans for global PUMA Football teams to maximise the impact of brand sponsorship investments, in partnership with the larger marketing team
• Develop action plans for scheduled football events and seasonal campaigns for PUMA Football assets across men's and women's teams, including product, club or National Team milestones, key fixtures and cultural moments, reacting to opportunities, events and trends
• Craft and communicate authentic and compelling stories and content around products and teams to enhance connection and relevance to the consumer, in collaboration with the Integrated Marketing team, developing sales and profile of the partnership
• Create premium and impactful content, including visual, video, digital and social content, in collaboration with Teamsport Marketing and agency partners to promote brand, team and federation stories; research, write and develop communications plans
• Coordinate, steer and lead the planning and execution of PUMA's activations during major football moments and tournaments in close collaboration with relevant internal functions at global and local levels and with team partnership and club representatives
• Participate in and drive team brainstorming and strategic planning, and provide team and federation expertise to PUMA's Teamsport Marketing team

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or a similar field
• At least 5 years of professional experience in relevant functions such as marketing or communication channels
• Strong passion for football
• Understanding and appreciation of the digital, social media and PR channels and their importance within the changing media landscape and to the consumer
• Ability to research, write and edit communication plans
• Cultural awareness and ability to identify trends
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment
• Strong communication skills as well as excellent English, written and spoken

• Experience across PR, retail, fans/consumers and influencer activations
• Business Portuguese, written and spoken
