Senior Manager Marketing Teamsport Licensed

This role leads the marketing campaign and activation work with prominent Football Associations and clubs, serving as the central marketing management function that ensures alignment with PUMA's overarching brand objectives. The post holder works closely with the wider Creative Services and Business Teamsport team, the broader marketing team, agency partners and club and federation representatives. The position combines strategy, content development and activation delivery across men's and women's football assets.

• Drive effective short and long-term communication plans for global PUMA Football teams to maximise the impact of brand sponsorship investments, in partnership with the larger marketing team.
• Develop action plans for scheduled Football events and seasonal campaigns across PUMA Football assets, covering product, club or National Team milestones, key fixtures, cultural moments, reactive opportunities and trends.
• Craft and communicate authentic and compelling stories and content around products and teams to strengthen consumer connection and relevance, in collaboration with the Integrated Marketing team.
• Create premium and impactful content — including visual, video, digital and social assets — with Teamsport Marketing and agency partners to promote brand, team and federation stories, researching, writing and developing communications plans.
• Coordinate, steer and lead the planning and execution of PUMA's activations during major football moments and tournaments, collaborating with internal functions at global and local level and with team partnership and club representatives.
• Participate in and drive team brainstorming and strategic planning, providing team and federation expertise to the PUMA Teamsport Marketing team.
• Develop marketing materials based on the product concept and deliver marketing activations with the wider PUMA team to ensure strong share of voice and consumer targeting.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or similar.
• At least 5–7 years of professional experience in relevant functions such as marketing or communication channels.
• Strong passion for football.
• Understanding and appreciation of digital, social media and PR channels and their importance within the changing media landscape and to the consumer.
• Ability to research, write and edit communication plans.
• Cultural awareness and the ability to identify trends.
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills and excellent English knowledge, both written and spoken.

• Experience across PR, retail, fans/consumers and influencer activations is desired.
