POSM Warehouse Senior Specialist

The Warehouse Senior Specialist plays an important role in logistics by ensuring smooth operations and efficient productivity across both Red Bull and third-party logistics (3PL) environments. The role covers POSM inbound, outbound, deployments, installations, 3PL KPIs, maintenance and assets tracking. The postholder manages inventory and oversees warehouse operations, collaborating with planning, marketing, sales, 3PL and trucking service providers to meet business needs amid challenging market dynamics.

• Report all KPIs against SLAs for all performance measures and service providers, covering assets tracking, weekly budget performance, daily deployment tracking, weekly POSM movement reconciliation, warehouse and transportation damages, warehouse utilisation and monthly stock counts.
• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing and shipping products, while coordinating staff efficiently.
• Follow up on all system transactions at the 3PL, from inbound to outbound forms.
• Plan and allocate resources to meet daily operational requirements, maximising productivity and minimising downtime.
• Ensure loading and offloading operations comply with the SLA agreed with the 3PL.
• Conduct monthly stock reconciliations and ensure accurate stock counts.
• Review and handle damages arising from transportation and on-ground operations, tracking by serial number, and manage inventory-related claims through to resolution.
• Lead and own internal processes and service level agreements with all stakeholders.
• Manage the deployment plan with planning, marketing and sales teams, relevant stakeholders and the 3PL to meet business needs amid challenging market dynamics.
• Ensure on-time order delivery and compliance with agreed SLAs across all partners, and conduct monthly KPI reviews with 3PL and trucking service providers.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with Red Bull policies and safety regulations to ensure the safety of all warehouse employees.
• Audit and revise service providers' invoices.
• Manage and resolve warehouse-related issues and conflicts promptly while maintaining positive employee relations.
• Train, mentor and provide regular feedback to warehouse staff to develop their skills and expertise and ensure operational efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

• 3-5 years of experience.
• Experience in end-to-end supply chain/logistics execution.
• Solid experience in managing and leading multiple stakeholders.
• Proven track record in driving efficiency within warehousing areas.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and be agile enough to overcome daily challenges.
• Process oriented with a holistic view of processes and experience in change management projects.
• Relationship builder with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to run analysis from multiple sources, providing reliable and valuable outputs.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and proficiency in using SAP, with the ability to use Excel and adapt quickly as a fast learner to Red Bull tools.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by operational needs.
