Job description
About the Role
Provides first and second level IT support for PUMA SE and all supported locations. It operates a local service desk and IT hotline/user helpdesk while managing client lifecycle and asset management. The position supports standard and company-specific software, fulfils IT service and service requests, and assists with user onboarding and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first and second level IT support for PUMA SE and all supported locations.
- Operate the local Service Desk and IT Hotline / User Helpdesk.
- Manage client lifecycle and asset management.
- Support standard software and company-specific software.
- Fulfil IT service and service requests.
- Support user onboarding and training initiatives.
- Provide technical support for meeting and collaboration services.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Successfully completed studies in the field of IT or a comparable field.
- Deep understanding of hardware: MacBook, iMac, iPhone, Notebook, Desktop, Printer, Peripherals.
- Good knowledge of Windows 11, macOS, O365, Software Deployment, Video Conferencing, AD User Management Tool.
- High level of service orientation and a problem-solving mindset.
- Good communication skills and strong team player.
- Excellent organisational and documentation skills.
- Flexible to continuously learn.
- Fluent in German or English.
Preferred Skills
- Additional language skills are a plus.
