Midweight Designer

Sits within Entain Creative, the in-house creative agency responsible for bringing communications and marketing briefs to life and creating innovative content that increases business performance across Entain brands. It delivers standout creative concepts and executions for 360 campaigns across multiple channels, including CRM, performance marketing, TV, OOH and social. Reporting to the Design Lead, the role involves close collaboration with the design team and the wider organisation to produce innovative solutions for global and regional brands while pushing creative boundaries and maintaining brand integrity.

• Deliver standout creative concepts and executions for 360 campaigns across multiple channels.
• Design creative for 360 briefs across digital, social, web, CRM, OOH and retail.
• Develop fresh, innovative designs that elevate brand identity.
• Provide creative solutions for through-the-line communications, both print and digital.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders across multiple projects.
• Present work confidently to senior creatives and leadership teams.

• A degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in Digital or Graphic Design.
• Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating work across multiple global brands.
• Excellent typographic skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a flair for design.
• Strong time management, organisation, and communication skills in English.
