Intern Supply Chain Projects, Lucerne, Switzerland

Adidas is offering a six-month internship within the Strategy & Digital Solutions team in Global Supply Chain, based at the Global Supply Chain Management headquarters near Lucerne. The headquarters brings together around 150 employees across key supply chain functions, from Global Product Supply, Logistics and Distribution to Customs and SCM Strategy. The team turns strategy into action, working with supply chain teams worldwide — from Markets to Functions — to deliver impactful projects that improve how supply chain operations run.

• Support project managers with day-to-day tasks and end-to-end project coordination.
• Create presentations and deliverables that bring ideas to life, using approved AI tools where helpful for research, drafting, summarising and building simple tools, and checking outputs for accuracy.
• Track project timelines and follow up on open topics.

• Basic project management skills.
• Ability to clearly convey information and updates.
• Eager and quick to learn, with strong curiosity and a passion for exploring new topics.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Practical familiarity with generative AI tools gained through studies or personal projects, including writing clear prompts, critically checking outputs and handling information responsibly.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Enrolled as a student for the complete duration of the internship, or in the gap year between a Bachelor's and a Master's degree.
• Availability for the full duration of the internship, from 1 March 2027 until 31 August 2027.
• Willingness to relocate to the Lucerne area at own expense for the full duration of the internship.

• Candidates already based in Switzerland are preferred, due to visa limitations.

• Hybrid working arrangements are available, with up to 40% home office possible.
