Intern Global Product Supply, Lucerne, Switzerland

This internship sits within adidas Global Supply Chain Management at the headquarter near Lucerne, where around 150 employees work across Global Product Supply, Logistics and Distribution, Customs and SCM Strategy. The role supports the Mid-Term Supply Network Planning team, which secures production capacity for the 12–24-month horizon through rough-cut capacity planning. The team collaborates with Global Demand Planning and Sourcing to translate demand into supply requirements, identify capacity constraints early and define mitigation plans, and it will transition to a new planning engine in Q1 2027.

• Gain hands-on experience in Global Product Supply and learn how products move through an international supply chain.
• Support operational, analytical and project-based activities across the department.
• Analyse supply chain data to identify trends, risks and opportunities and translate them into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with global teams across Product Supply, Demand Planning, Sourcing, Markets and other functions.
• Support business processes, reporting and decision-making through clear analyses, presentations and follow-up.
• Take ownership of improvement initiatives or an internship project, bringing fresh ideas and delivering tangible business impact.

• Currently studying supply chain, business, operations, logistics, data analytics or a related subject.
• Curious about global supply chains and eager to learn how different teams work together.
• Enjoys working with data, solving problems and turning information into practical insights.
• Brings a structured, reliable and hands-on approach, with keenness to take ownership.
• Strong with Excel.
• Enjoys collaborating in an international environment and communicates confidently in English (written and spoken).
• Enrolled as a student for the complete duration of the internship or in the gap year between Bachelor's and Master's degree.
• Available for the full duration of the internship from March 01, 2027 until August 31, 2027.
• Willing to relocate to the Lucerne area at their own expense for the full duration of the internship.

• Proficiency with Power BI or other analytical tools is a plus.
• Candidates already based in Switzerland are preferred due to visa limitations.
