Merchandiser FT

This role supports strong in-store execution by ensuring Red Bull products are consistently stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated to brand standards across small and/or large format accounts. It services customers professionally while maximising product visibility and availability at every point of sale. The position is labour-intensive and involves regular lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling of cases, as well as frequent bending, reaching, and squatting while handling and merchandising product.

• Merchandise products on shelves, in displays, cold vaults, and coolers, ensuring full stock, proper rotation, and compliance with planograms and shelf schematics.
• Rotate products from back stock to shelves, displays, or cold vaults, reviewing code dates at every visit.
• Pull and report dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange.
• Ensure cold equipment, racks, and other point-of-sale materials are current, clean, and presented in accordance with brand standards.
• Maintain clean, organised backstock areas by consolidating inventory to support optimal stock levels and product freshness.
• Support in-store execution, including building, maintaining, and optimising displays to maximise visibility and sales.
• Collaborate with Account Sales Manager(s) or customers to address product availability, optimise display execution, and support inventory needs.
• Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers to support strong in-store execution.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

• Valid US Driver's Licence.
• Reliable vehicle to be used for work purposes with at least the minimum insurance coverage.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including regularly lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling cases, and frequent bending, reaching, and squatting while handling and merchandising product.
• English language proficiency.

• Experience in merchandising is a plus.
• Additional languages are an advantage.

• In-store and field-based work across small and/or large format accounts.
