Student Marketeer - Adelaide

Student Marketeers act as the face of the Red Bull brand and as product ambassadors both on and off campus. The role has three main purposes: approaching consumers to drive positive product trial and awareness and to help establish Red Bull consumption in different moments of need; supporting sales teams through sales drives, merchandising and other sales support activities; and working at Red Bull events to help ensure an unforgettable consumer experience. Student Marketeers are an instrumental part of the organisation, acting as the eyes and ears on the ground by listening to how consumers perceive the brand and product and sharing these insights with the broader business.

• Represent the Red Bull brand as a product ambassador both on and off campus, living the brand personality traits and company values in everyday interactions with consumers or customers.
• Approach consumers to drive positive product trial and awareness, and help establish Red Bull consumption in different moments of need.
• Grow the user base by sampling consumers and bringing the brand to life amongst students.
• Support sales teams through sales drives, merchandising and other sales support activities.
• Build relationships with local sales account managers to ensure Red Bull is available and visible on and around campus.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to open new distribution points for Red Bull and leverage relevant assets from the world of Red Bull to keep the brand top of mind with everyday consumers.
• Work at Red Bull events to help ensure an unforgettable consumer experience with the brand.
• Act as eyes and ears on the ground, listening to how consumers perceive the brand and product and sharing insights with the broader business to support future ideas and opportunities.
• Deliver executional excellence by showing attention to detail in all areas of the role.
• Share ideas and collaborate with the team both face-to-face and online, plan activity, report in a timely manner, and provide local insights, trends and overall opportunities to the wider Red Bull business.

• Be naturally organised, with high attention to detail and comfort working alone and in a team.
• Hold a valid and full driver's licence.
• Be proficient in written and verbal English.
