Student Marketeer - Western Sydney

Student Marketeers act as the face of the Red Bull brand and serve as product ambassadors both on and off campus. The role has three main purposes: approaching consumers to drive positive product trial and awareness, supporting sales teams through sales drives and merchandising, and working at Red Bull events to deliver an unforgettable consumer experience. Student Marketeers are an instrumental part of the organisation, acting as the eyes and ears on the ground and sharing consumer insights with the broader business to support future ideas and opportunities.

• Act as the face of the Red Bull brand and a product ambassador both on and off campus.
• Approach consumers to drive positive product trial and awareness, and help establish Red Bull consumption in different moments of need.
• Support sales teams through sales drives, merchandising and other sales support activities.
• Work at Red Bull events to help ensure an unforgettable consumer experience with the brand.
• Act as eyes and ears on the ground by listening to consumer perceptions of the brand and product, and sharing insights with the broader business to support future ideas and opportunities.
• Live and breathe brand personality traits and company values, representing the brand in a premium way through everyday interactions with consumers or customers.
• Grow the user base by inviting positive trial and awareness through sampling consumers and bringing the brand to life amongst students.
• Build relationships with local sales account managers to ensure Red Bull is available and visible on and around campus.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to open new distribution points for Red Bull and leverage relevant assets from the world of Red Bull to keep the brand top of mind with everyday consumers.
• Show love for details across all areas of the role to deliver executional excellence, share ideas and collaborate with the team both face-to-face and online, plan activity, report in a timely manner, and provide local insights, trends and overall opportunities to the wider Red Bull business.

• Naturally organised, high attention to detail, and comfortable working alone and in a team.
• Student currently enrolled at University.
• A valid and full driver's licence is required.
• Proficient in written and verbal English.
